30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Lake2Woods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email our support team at contact@lake2woods.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Processing – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refund Method – Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing Time – Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs – Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Partial Refunds – A restocking fee may apply for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.
- Contact your credit card company if needed.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
